Currently we offer free shipping for select products across India.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders will be shipped within 3 working days and will be delivered within 7 working days.
If you would like your products to arrive sooner, please select appropriate shipping method during checkout
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. (FREE)
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. (Rs.100/500g)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom Orders: Custom fondant orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed of the estimated processing time at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
